RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.

We are unable to process returns for perishable goods such as meat, poultry, foie gras, and charcuterie. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team promptly.

If you refuse a delivery or attempt to return a shipment, we cannot issue a refund to your credit card. Please note that our products are perishable, and refusal of delivery may lead to loss of product freshness.

It is essential to verify all shipping addresses meticulously. Any damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please double-check and ensure the accuracy of your address information to maintain the quality of our products.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been shipped. This policy includes but is not limited to cases where:

  • The product arrives thawed due to transit conditions.

Missing or Damaged Items:

Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is stolen, you may file a claim with the police or the shipping company. In some cases, we may provide a discount on your next order at our discretion.
