Heat the grill. Season with salt and pepper, a bit of garlic and chopped rosemary. Right before it goes on the grill, spray with olive oil. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes then flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Juicy and tasty!

These frog legs were the best me and my family have ever had. We like to experiment so marinated for 48 hours in a bourbon and Worcestershire let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes and used air fryer mix and smoked for 6 hours. We will never order any frog legs from any restaurant or store ever again. The pancetta was well balanced between fat and meat. I diced and seared it for a rigatoni pasta meal. My guests loved it.

Used this thinly sliced in a paella. Fantastic!
