The product came quick, and was great quality, I ordered and had it shipped to Dallas, it was still frozen when it arrived. I really enjoy that this place has the more rare ingredients not readily available usually. I wasn't able to find it any where in Texas. it cooked up beautifully.

I usually spend a lot of money on sushi, but my daughter-in-law told me how to make it myself, and this great tuna makes excellent spicy tuna — just add a little Sriracha.

I have tried tirelessly to have a local butcher cut traditional Argentine Vacio with no success. FINALLY I came across Cordobes Foods and was fortune to find it! It arrived with no issues and even came with a sample of their Argentine sausage which was excellent. Highly recommend this cut as it fed up to 12 people!

This was my first time trying this cut, and I must say, it turned out delicious and cooked just right! I even looked up how to cook it online since I had never tried it before, but everything worked out really well.

This lamb oyster cut was fresh, tender, and flavorful. It was easier to cook than I thought. I placed it in a cast iron skillet with some water and aromatics. Then, I cooked it in the overn for 320F for 2 hours. Finally, we let the lamb rest before broiling it for a few minutes. I'm glad I bought two pieces because I want to cook another one.
