After driving by here for years I finally stopped in to grab a few steaks for a camping trip. I was not disappointed and found a hidden gem here in Longmont. I grabbed a few fresh cut to size prime America ribeyes, tuna prosciutto, jalapeño beef bites, empanada dough disc's, nice assortment of sausages, and even some bones for our dogs. The ribeyes were a perfect marble and grilled up perfectly on the gas BBQ. Sausages have all been wonderful. Call ahead and let them know if you're paying a visit since it's a little hard to identify the entrance. The owners are very polite, extremely helpful, and will take very good care of you!!

This family run butcher shop is my new go to for all my meat/seafood needs. The selection is incredible and the personal touch is above and beyond. The staff is attentive and the charcuterie board sampler is a wonderful added bonus.
