Valentina showed us this delectable treat and advised air frying to get a crispy outside while still being moist and juicy inside. The chicken burger is so flavorful that my wife and kids ate almost all of it before I could get much!

We were excited to learn that Cordobes Foods carries/makes linguicia. We’ve been in Colorado for more than 20 years and have not been able to find a local source for this sausage. Most people in this state have never even heard of it. It is as good if not better than the sausages we’ve been having to import from California. Thank you Cordobes Foods!

We visited Cordoba‘s for the first time around Christmas. Very impressed by both the types and the quality of the meat. We were able to find cuts of meat not often seen in US stores, eg bavette and hanger steaks. In every situation the meat is of highest quality.

You only need to be Uruguayan to be perfect!

Our favorite meats have always been Argentina, Danish and Uruguay meats. The quality and price can't be beat at Cordoba's. We will continue to purchase from them.

The ham hocks I purchased were excellent. Not too much skin/fat, flavor great.
