I don’t have any pictures this time and I say this time because I plan on buying more down the road. Cut the roast into smaller steaks and the first one we had tasted so different than what US ones taste like. Worth trying for the first time and quality was good. Great experience at the shop as well.

We discovered this place as we were looking for pigs feet for a pozole recipe. They have sooooo much beautiful meat and were the most friendly and helpful employees. They even cut up the frozen pork shoulder we bought into manageable pieces for us. This family owned and operated spot is a must visit if you are in the area and looking for interesting cuts of
meat, unique sausages or delicious charcuterie cuts. Highly recommend!!

These guys are awesome, their products are amazingly tasty and unforgettable, from the Argentinian picanhas to the chimichurri sauce which is my new favorite OMG. They treat you as family and it is always a great moment when you go there. This is a MUST visit place if you are around Denver.

Only place I could find that sold blood sausage and it was so good! I’ll be going back anytime I need this or other imported ingredients.
