I came across this online store and have had incredible experience, great customer support and reliability of product and shipping. They ship with ice and make it frozen to California. Finally can have access to authentic Argentinian products. Bravo!

Man oh man wonderful tastiest meat smoke nice slow and low but left it marinating for 2 days

We decided to get a few steaks and went online to check the out the meat markets in the Boulder/Longmont area and came across Cordobes. When we arrived, it wasn't clear that it was open nor exactly where the entrance was. The store is located in a warehouse area. However, I spotted a sign that said the store was open and to call the number on the sign. A worker answered and gave me instructions to meet her at an entrance near some loading docks. I started to get a feeling that Cordobes might primarly serve restaurants and distributors and not individual patrons like myself. But when the worker appeared, she told me that in fact they do serve indivual patrons. When we entered the market, we noticed a very large room filled with several freezer compartments and in those compartments was every type of meat product you could think of, steaks, ribs, burgers etc and in addition to a wide variety of steaks, there was fowl, lamb, sausages and seafood. All of these products were frozen and packaged. The worker explained that they sold local Colorado beef but also beef from Uruguay and Argentina. The worker offered us free coffee and also a sampling of cheese and sausages. We chose our steaks and the worker offered us a
10 % discount. All in all, it was a great experience shopping at Cordobes and I gladly recommend it.

I purchased this for my friend and both her and her son was so impressed how flavorful and tender. I spoke with one of the Managers and she was extremely personable and professional. I recommend ordering from this company. They definitely stand behind their product.

I got a tomahawk for my husbands birthday and it was amazing. We smoked it for about an hour and a half, let it rest for an hour and it was like butter.
