I needed some specialty meats for a dish I was making for some Brazilian friends, Cordobes had what I was looking for. They carry a wonderful selection of meats from around the world. They prepare their foods from stock raised, fed, and finished locally by contracted farms. They treated me like an old friend, offering me an espresso and sample plate while there. I will return for high end meat, cheese, sausages, and great side offerings.
