We tried several meats from Cordobes. They specialize in US Colorado beef and meats from Uraguay and Argentina. The flavors have been amazing so far. My wife grew up in Colombia and we have been around the country a number of times. This Colombian Sausage is authentic to what is found in Medellin and very flavorful. It is savory but not spicy. I recommend trying it yourself.

Fast shipping, packaged well, and the meat was tender and flavorful.

The tenderloins were very tasty, and the bacon gave it additional flavor. We grilled them on our gas grill and enjoyed them with a bottle of wine. We will definitely be purchasing more. They are handy to keep in the freezer and thaw quickly when needed.
