Estoy muy desilusionado con mi orden. Yo ordené y se me comfirmó que mi orden era por, Argentian Skirt Stake, entraña, entre otras cosas. Bueno, ayer descongele la entraña para cocinarla hoy y no es entraña es colita de cuadril, un corte completamete diferente. Se cocina diferente, se prepara diferente y el sabor y la concistencia de la carne es muy diferente. Espero que cuando descongele la molleja, sea realmente molleja. Muy desilusionado con el servicio. Si no tenian entraña, deverian haber comunicado eso antes the hacer el envio para yo decidir lo que queria en su lugar. No enviar lo que ustedes quieren y arruinar mi asado del dia del padre.

Moved out of South Florida a few years ago and have not been able to find the cuts were used to buying. By chance I found these guys and they’re 5 min from my house. They have amazing offerings and all the cuts from South America. Valentina was super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fire up the grill fast enough for a round of choripan! Thank you!!
