I have been looking for quality cuts of meat in the Denver metro area for years now. Many local butcher shops have sadly gone out of business. I cook a lot, especially Italian, and I want access to non-traditional meats like Guanciale and bulk Pancetta. When I saw these on Cordobes' web site I got excited. The quality and price were good and THEY DELIVER TO MY HOME. I went ahead and made an order and spent the money with not a lot of trust that quality products would actually show up in my house. THEY DID!! and quickly. Please support this business. We need more businesses like Cordobes Foods. They have my loyalty.
