I bought 2 whole Picanhas as well as a whole tri tip because I run a YouTube channel, PremiereAgingCompany, as well as a business, dry aging large cuts of meat and preparing them for clients and or videos. I have to say I am very pleased with my order as it came fairly swiftly, I ordered the meats on a Sunday, as a last minutes attempt to fulfill a clients order for the coming week, and the meat came on Wednesday and it also included a free pack of sausage, which I really appreciated. The steaks stayed frozen solid throughout the whole shipping process, which I could appreciate, and they were very well marbled for only being black angus choice grade. I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the near future and would highly recommend anyone to do the same.
Shipping was quick and meats were packed well.After thawing I cut it into steaks. They were tender and great flavor. Would definitely buy again.
Outstanding quality and taste. Only thing wrong didn't receive my complimentary ribeye which was stated. Quality so good will be ordering again.
