It came properly packaged, proper amount of fat, 1 big piece (more than 3/4 of the whole amount and a small piece separated from the big piece).
I grilled all of it the way we do it in Argentina, fat up, and finished it fat down, until brown and crispy.
It came out quite tender considering that rosemeat is not the most tender of cuts.
The one thing I must say is that it was not as flavorful as argentinian rosemeat, in fact it was rather bland tasting. (argentinian rosemeat, and I assume uruguayan as well is very flavorful). I have to add though that I placed the order over the phone with NIcolas, who was extremely helpful. He told me from the getgo that this american rosemeat did not stand to the uruguayan quality.
As for the shipping: I ordered several items, 3 uruguayan rosemeat packs, 2 domestic, sausages, etc.
All arrived impecably packaged in a polyfoam and cardboard box, with dry ice, and on time. Kudos!
Cordobes is from now on my place for southamerican beef, pork and other goods! Thank you guys!
