Not all steaks come from the same cut and have a different thickness. One pice is an end cut. Not sure how to cook all the steaks with different cuts and sizes.
GREAT STEAKS AND PORK CHOPS!
This is how meat is suppose to taste like. In the US it's hard to find quality meat due the chemicals and not feeding them grass.
I had a fantastic experience here! The meat was excellent and offered a unique experience compared to the typical American cut—just a bit thinner, but full of flavor. The owners were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their products, putting thought and care into every recommendation. They clearly care about quality and customer experience. I prefer my meat a little thicker, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back for more!
