I was skeptical when I pulled up to the loading docks, but this turned into one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Incredibly helpful with a massive selection of South American cuts and sausages. I was there for maybe 30 minutes and in that time they brought out 5 different trays of sausages and other meats to try. Easy 5/5, I will be back many times!
My order came frozen even though dry ice was already evaporated. The meat looks good. I have just one suggestion that would be to label what is what since I ordered many different items. I will start sampling my order soon. Hope it tastes as good as it looks.
