I recently retired and my birthday was near. Iwas pestered into having a retirement party. I settled on a small party at home. I really did not want all the attention. When my wife asked me what I wanted to eat, I didn't have to think long. I sad Wagyu steaks! She immediately said ok, you pick them out and I will set up the rest. She never questioned my choice.
We have 5 children, all married and severl grandchildren. I ordered 3 Ribeye slabs to cut into desired steaks and also localy ordered 250 litteneck clams. I was concerned about the shipping for the Wagyu being timely for the party and actually called the contact number on the website. Much to my surprise I was greeted by a very courteous young lady that connected me to the owner of the company.
Regreably I forget his name but I will never forget his service and attention to my order. Simply spot on delivery just as he said it would be. He even gave me cooking suggestions that were welcomed.
The end result was an amazing cut of meat that I will also remember well. Never in my life did I expect such a new and amazing texture and flavor. My attending family were all as impressed as I and commented about a meal they would always remember. Thank you to Cordobes Foods and all involved for their part in my special day. I will be ordering again and recommend you to my friends!

This beef is the most flavorful and delicious I have eaten. You may slice it to your desired thickness with little to no trimming required.
