Normally I would source these at wholesale. In a pinch I looked up single duck breasts for a 7 course tasting menu. The duck was star of the show. Cordobes also had an incredible selection of other products. I also happened be there while they were giving samples. Sausage and beef were amazing. I'll be back!
Lovely duck breasts. One serves two people. These are large, not the small supermarket variety. Deep flavor, too.
Skin crisped up really well providing a great flavor. Fast shipping and was still frozen when it arrived due to being packed in a cooler and ice.
The duck breasts are frozen but good quality! The size is perfect as well, sometimes the duck breasts you can get at the grocery store are far too small for entertaining. They came out really well with a sear and some wine /dark cherry sauce.
