The key to unique quality lies in our production process, animal welfare, and sustainability. The majority of Uruguayan cattle comes from 100% Black Angus, which is raised on free pasture and the last 160 to 220 days on grain, providing a balanced and nutritious fat level. The narrow beef is a classic, renowned for its excellent flavor, good marbling, and just the right amount of fat covering. This cut is best enjoyed preferably grilled or pan-seared as steaks.

Great purchase. Love taste, textire and ability to cut into my size steaks
Who knew when I went looking for a local shop to buy weisswurst that I would find this amazing treasure of a meat market?! From my initial contact with Valentina on the phone, to the best customer service I have experienced in years, and culminating in some of the most flavorful and exceptional meat products available, I can't recommend Cordobes Foods highly enough. While you can always purchase online (and I suggest you do if you are unable to go them), the in-person experience is unparalleled. Valentina and her mother provided samples of a variety of products, explained the differences in flavor between grain-fed, grass-fed, and grass-fed/grain finished meats, and introduced me to new taste experiences. Sausages are made in-house and represent a wide variety of cultures. They carry an extensive selection of products and will even take the time and energy to find hard-to-find items for customers with specific requests. Give them a try--you absolutely won't be disappointed!
Wow. I ordered to try and see if flavors were there and to my surprise it was everything the i was hoping for .
Really good flavor and tenderness, little trip to Uruguayan meat flavors and quality i had shared with some of my family and friends and they all agree some of the best they have here in the US. I ll give a try to the whole lamb they have from Uruguay on my next purchase.
