The majority of Uruguayan cattle comes from 100% Black Angus, which is raised on free pasture and the last 160 to 220 days on grain, providing a balanced and nutritious fat level. The narrow beef is a classic, renowned for its excellent flavor, good marbling, and just the right amount of fat covering. This cut is best enjoyed preferably grilled or pan-seared as steaks.

Wow. I ordered to try and see if flavors were there and to my surprise it was everything the i was hoping for .
Really good flavor and tenderness, little trip to Uruguayan meat flavors and quality i had shared with some of my family and friends and they all agree some of the best they have here in the US. I ll give a try to the whole lamb they have from Uruguay on my next purchase.
