The majority of Uruguayan cattle comes from 100% Black Angus, which is raised on free pasture and the last 160 to 220 days on grain, providing a balanced and nutritious fat level. This cut is one of the most requested and sought after, thanks to its excellent fat content that gives it juiciness and tenderness when cooked. It is best enjoyed grilled, oven-roasted as roast beef, or pan-seared as steaks.

But most of all, the warmth and personal connection made with Valen and Carlos is what made Cordobes foods my only choice for anything I need for an incredible meal.
