The majority of Uruguayan cattle comes from 100% Black Angus, which is raised on free pasture and the last 160 to 220 days on grain, providing a balanced and nutritious fat level. This cut is one of the most requested and sought after, thanks to its excellent fat content that gives it juiciness and tenderness when cooked. It is best enjoyed grilled, oven-roasted as roast beef, or pan-seared as steaks.

Way over priced for what you get. For pretty close to the same money I can buy a whole rib. What you get here is like 2.75 lbs.
The quality of the meat I cannot speak for as I haven't tried it yet due to the shocking size of it.
