This was an amazing piece of picanha! Sousvide for 2.5 hours and blasted in the oven. Beefy, tender, and the fat was juicy and delicate. Will order this again and again!
The meat came fast and packed excellently. It's for the 4th of July weekend so I haven't tried it yet. I will update when we eat all.
