I had never been to this place before, but saw it on google and headed on over. I called and was led into a room with all sorts of meats from all over the world. They had a selection of things that I had never seen before and all of it looked delicious. I bought many different things to try out, and it has all been very high quality. On top of that the hosts were very kind and helpful, and even have me a sampling of some of the different products they had. If you haven't been here, or tried anything here, I highly recommend you do.
Perfect taste and texture
After leaving all my frozen meat at home for a camping trip, I needed to stock up and found Cordobes down the street from St Vrain SP. It's a bit tricky to find because their retail space is in a warehouse, but give them a call and they'll meet you at the entrance. They were SO helpful in listening to what I needed and have an amazing selection of all types of frozen meats. I'll definitely return when I'm in the Denver area.
