I was driving through Colorado to visit my dad and saw Cordobes was located on my drive up north from Denver to Wyoming. I called and asked if I could swing by the factory and make some purchases and he said absolutely!
I pulled up and his sister met me outside to bring me in and show me around, which was nice to see an extremely friendly, family atmosphere. I ended up buying the Japanese Wagyu A5, Chilean Seabass, Argentinian Ribeye, Tuna Saku, Uruguayan Wagyu Ribeye, and Lamb T-Bone Chop.
Everything I tried was phenomenal and will most definitely be putting in orders for delivery to where I live in Arkansas.
Above all else, the customer service was top notch. My wife was patiently waiting outside in the Jeep with our small puppy and had been craving coffee for a couple hours and I had promised I would find her some. So they went back into the back and made a high end espresso latte and brought it out my wife which made her day!
