For Christmas, we have an asado even if it’s 10 below zero and we have been so lucky to find a place that carries the bombon sausages from Argentina. they are excellent highly recommended!

Good traditional, Argentine flavor.. many of these, once cut in half to make choripan , showed large cavities full of , globules of fat.
