Blood Sausage, Sweetbreads, beef & pork thin sausage,bombon.
We sous vide all of the sausages and finished them on a charcoal grill. Fantastic!

Good traditional, Argentine flavor.. many of these, once cut in half to make choripan , showed large cavities full of , globules of fat.

I thought I would give it a try, and I am glad I did. My family and I enjoy cooking out. With this order we tried the sausages.l, Amazing. The we tried the steaks… wow… even better. What a difference from what we get at restaurant depot or our local supermarket market.
