Hice my cumpleños con invitados de varios paises, europeos, americanos y de la india. Los chorizos fue parte de la entrada, se comieron todos y el comentario fue que estaban deliciosos. Yo solo compre chorizos mezcla (cerdo y vacuno).

For Christmas, we have an asado even if it’s 10 below zero and we have been so lucky to find a place that carries the bombon sausages from Argentina. they are excellent highly recommended!

We sous vide all of the sausages and finished them on a charcoal grill. Fantastic!
