The optimal is to have 50% meat and 50% fat. And I'd say that's what I got when I ordered. I made Dong Po Rou. ( A Chinese dish ..slow braised) It turned out pretty good.
Needs to be bigger
I live in Kansas City and there is a special dish I make (Szalonna) that requires thick slab bacon. My local go to markets no longer offer slab, only pre sliced. One guy told me due to newer employees hurting themselves.so the company only sends pre sliced. Edmundo took great care getting my order to me on time and was delicious! They are top notch in service and quality.
We received FREE Wagyu steaks!!!! This company is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’ve had two orders now and both were prime meats and packaging! The customer service is even more awesome quick emails, quick calls and response time! The prices and quality of meat are unmatched. Throughout the years I’ve tried several companies and none have the level of quality I’ve experienced! We absolutely loved and appreciated the personalized hand written and signed letters, those are what made me feel comfortable. To take these sort of extra steps are why I will be a lifetime customer. I recommend everyone shop here!
