Great option in the grill or air fryer, add lime and salt in the plate
This is the first time I have prepared one of these I did a lot of research before cooking it and followed instructions and quite frankly was disappointed. Everything I read says it's very tender I didn't find that to be the case it did have a lot of flavor I'm quite sure I can do something with it have a later date I only cooked half of it. This is new to me as I stated and I wanted to try to make sure to get it right maybe I didn't.
as good as the stuff from Spain that costs 3-4 times as much
