Great flavor and very moist. Yes it's black and looks weird. But it's truly a great purchase

Great!

Family really enjoyed the Slikie Black Chicken. I added it to a stew dish. The meat was lighter in flavor than regular chicken. Moist, delicate and lots of small slender bones. Will try it fried the next time. Thanks
