The pig arrived frozen early in the week, frozen and it was ready for roasting on Christmas Eve [Nochebuena}. The small pig was perfect for small dinner party of 5 persons. It cooked in a standard oven, done perfectly at around 3 hours. Very few ingredients were needed to flavor...
