We got this on our first trip to Cordobes. We were blown away by the variety of products that are stocked here and the family running the business. We're always looking for unique cuts like Weisswurst or Pig Nuckles to create German style meals and these are not usually stocked. Not only do they have quality unique cuts, but also reasonably priced standard cuts that are mostly locally sourced. I'm glad to have found a great local full-service butcher and will recommend Cordobes to everyone!
