Got the ribs, easy to prepare. Rubbed them with a rub of my own. Wrapped in foil, baked on 275 for 2.5 hours. Removed top foil, added Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and roasted uncovered 30 minutes more. Perfection. Will definitely buy them again.
