We visited Cordoba‘s for the first time around Christmas. Very impressed by both the types and the quality of the meat. We were able to find cuts of meat not often seen in US stores, eg bavette and hanger steaks. In every situation the meat is of highest quality.

You only need to be Uruguayan to be perfect!

Our favorite meats have always been Argentina, Danish and Uruguay meats. The quality and price can't be beat at Cordoba's. We will continue to purchase from them.

I don’t have any pictures this time and I say this time because I plan on buying more down the road. Cut the roast into smaller steaks and the first one we had tasted so different than what US ones taste like. Worth trying for the first time and quality was good. Great experience at the shop as well.

We discovered this place as we were looking for pigs feet for a pozole recipe. They have sooooo much beautiful meat and were the most friendly and helpful employees. They even cut up the frozen pork shoulder we bought into manageable pieces for us. This family owned and operated spot is a must visit if you are in the area and looking for interesting cuts of
meat, unique sausages or delicious charcuterie cuts. Highly recommend!!
