While the Animal might be argentinian, Picanha is not a traditional cut from Argentina. It's Brazilian, and it's very importante part of Brazilian BBQ culture.

I have been looking for quality cuts of meat in the Denver metro area for years now. Many local butcher shops have sadly gone out of business. I cook a lot, especially Italian, and I want access to non-traditional meats like Guanciale and bulk Pancetta. When I saw these on Cordobes' web site I got excited. The quality and price were good and THEY DELIVER TO MY HOME. I went ahead and made an order and spent the money with not a lot of trust that quality products would actually show up in my house. THEY DID!! and quickly. Please support this business. We need more businesses like Cordobes Foods. They have my loyalty.

Amazing Ribeye. The flavor and taste is superb, especially for the reasonable price. Will certainly buy again and again. Highly recommend Cordobes foods. Their sausage is fantastic too!!!

The milanesas were very good. I recommend tenderizing them a bit more with a hammer (I like them really thin) and also dunking them in egg before coating them with the seasoned breadcrumbs provided. I did not get my free gift, however. I bought over $100 and selected morcilla argentina as my free gift and it did not arrive with the rest of my order. Still waiting. I'm sure they are on the way.

On point everything arrived still frozen hard

All of the items received from Cordobes were excellent!
Everything was received in perfect condition.
Blood Sausage, Sweetbreads, beef & pork thin sausage,bombon.
We sous vide all of the sausages and finished them on a charcoal grill. Fantastic!

You won't find better tasting beef!

Bought the ribeye roast. It was delightful. Purchased a lot of lamb. Looks great. Going to wait until lamb comes down alittle for now.
